Our Story
HealthPro Living Group was founded by Priscilla Perrin, BSN, RN, after more than a decade of clinical experience across emergency care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care settings. Throughout her career, Priscilla witnessed the same gap repeatedly: medically complex adults who needed more clinical support than a traditional adult family home could provide, but who did not want — or did not need — the institutional setting of a skilled nursing facility. There was no middle ground. HealthPro Living Group exists to be that middle ground.

To provide medically complex adults in Spokane County with the highest level of clinically supervised residential care in a warm, premium home environment — where every resident is known by name, cared for with intention, and supported with the dignity they deserve.
