Clinical Care
24/7 residential care with RN-Led oversight, medication management and nurse delegation, PEG tube management, diabetes management, oxygen therapy, mobility support, weekly RN assessments with documented care plan reviews, assistance with all activities of daily living, and full care coordination with physicians, specialists, and families.
In-Home Medical Provider Services
To eliminate the burden of frequent outside appointments, HealthPro Living Group partners with mobile and visiting providers to deliver healthcare directly to the home. Services include scheduled PCP home visits with telehealth access, mobile phlebotomy for lab draws, mobile X-ray, mobile dental care, mobile podiatry, hospice services, and a contracted physical therapist leading strength, balance, and fall-prevention exercises on-site. Medications are delivered directly to the home through a partnered pharmacy delivery service. When outside appointments are necessary, HealthPro Living Group coordinates transportation and provides staff assistance to ensure residents arrive safely and are supported throughout their visit.
Lifestyle and Wellness
At HealthPro Living Group, exceptional care goes beyond clinical oversight. Residents enjoy high-quality meals prepared by a personal home chef with medically tailored dietary accommodations, monthly mobile salon visits, pet therapy, indoor gardening, arts and crafts, cognitive enrichment activities, seated physical activity programming, and regular social activities and movie nights. We believe that how a resident lives matters just as much as how they are cared for.
Family Communication
We believe families deserve to feel informed, involved, and at ease. HealthPro maintains a structured, proactive family communication model that is uncommon in the adult family home industry. Families receive monthly written resident updates summarizing clinical status, activity participation, and upcoming appointments. Any clinical change, incident, or medication adjustment triggers same-day direct contact from the RN — not a caregiver relaying a message, but the clinician calling with context and a plan. Quarterly care conferences and monthly family engagement nights keep families connected and build the trust that comes from true transparency.
Who We Serve
HealthPro Living Group is designed for medically complex adults who need more support than home care can provide but prefer a personalized, home-like setting over institutional care. Our ideal resident is medically complex with high-acuity care needs, behaviorally stable, a private-pay or long-term care insurance holder, and someone whose family is seeking genuine clinical oversight combined with a premium quality of life.
